What is iCIMS CXM?

iCIMS CXM is a next-generation candidate relationship management tool. Built on the same platform as iCIMS CRM, current users will be able to easily navigate and use CXM.

With CXM, recruiting teams can put their talent attraction strategy on autopilot with behavior-based campaigns. Communications adjust based on a candidate’s profile, qualifications and individual interactions with your content. This way, you can create an efficient strategy to find, engage and convert qualified, “hire-ready” talent at scale. CXM also offers AI-powered capabilities for discovering talent in your existing talent pool.

Promotion details:

Subscriber’s access to CXM shall be subject to Subscriber’s signing a duly-executed Order Form (“CXM Order Form”). Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the use of CXM may be subjection to additional terms and conditions.

In consideration for iCIMS receiving Subscriber’s signed CXM Order Form between March 18, 2024 and April 15, 2024, iCIMS shall waive the CXM Subscription Fee for the first six (6) months of the Subscription Period.

Eligibility: Subscriber must have an existing subscription to iCIMS Candidate Relationship Manager (“CRM”) at the time of execution of the CXM Order Form. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that access to the full feature set of CXM will depend upon completion of implementation, which will require Subscriber input and cooperation, as shall be further provided on a Statement of Work.

The CXM Order Form must have a subscription start date no more than thirty (30) days from the date of signature in order to be eligible for this promotion. The implementation period shall not extend Subscriber’s promotion, or the promotional discount provided above. Subscriber agrees to provide ongoing recommendations, suggestions, ideas, derivations, enhancement requests or other feedback concerning the operational and functional capabilities of the CXM Early Access Release as required or solicited by iCIMS.

Activation:

You will work with an iCIMS Professional Services Consultant to activate and prepare to start using the experience management functionality. The Consultant will engage with you for a period of weeks to guide you through a series of activities such as content creation, building engagement workflows and pipelines creation.
