GMR uses iCIMS Career Sites to create web pages that show candidates how a job with GMR allows them to serve their own communities. The pages also point job seekers to the right opportunities: Paramedics, EMTS and nurses who visit the sites encounter an experience tailored to their career paths.
Employee testimonials created through iCIMS Video Studio give GMR’s specialty-specific career pages a personal touch. When job seekers open up posts, they find clips of current employees sharing about their experience with the company. As one employee quipped: “The possibilities for work are endless here.”
