The HR Technology Conference is a free interactive online event with a 20+ year history. After the success from its first-ever virtual conference in the fall, HR Tech added a spring virtual event, to bring us all together again at a time when peer support and expertise is needed most to thrive in this evolving talent space. This year’s focus is twofold: 1) share how technology assists HR and IT professionals during challenging times, and 2) provide expert guidance for what lies ahead.
We’re excited to bring you three sessions at HR Tech spring. Below is a quick synopsis of each, including a link to register.
Talent is the driving force behind business transformation and success. Join iCIMS’ chief evangelist, Charles Mah, Jesper Bendtsen, global head of talent acquisition at Thomson Reuters, and Tey Scott, vice president of global talent acquisition at Medallia, as they discuss how to stay ahead of the curve and future-proof your workforce amid new challenges and priorities.
The way we connect with and engage talent has changed forever. The proliferation of distributed workforces, evolving consumption habits, and the rising expectations for consumer-level experiences in the workplace have forced organizations around the world to reimagine how they deliver meaningful candidate experiences.
Join us as we sit down with Brandie Dawson, director of global talent acquisition at Valvoline, and explore how her and her team are leveraging iCIMS Video Studio to create relevant, engaging, and authentic experiences needed to stand out from the competition and build deep relationships in today’s talent market.
Every candidate’s experience is unique – the excitement, the anticipation, the conversations. But, for historically excluded talent they commonly encounter dismissiveness, bias, or see a lack of representation that can discourage them from applying or accepting a position.
In fact, 62% of candidates would turn down an offer if they felt diversity wasn’t valued.
It’s your job to remove some of these hurdles to create an inclusive and equitable path. And it requires you to get personal to build authentic relationships with each candidate – all while being methodical in your execution to scale.
Join iCIMS’ Amber Brown, product solution manager, as she takes you on a journey that explores both the art and science to building a diverse workforce. She’ll share how to take a holistic approach that keeps candidates engaged and helps you continue to scale.
Remember: attendees also earn recertification credits for HRCI, SHRM, and IHRIM.
Can’t attend live? Don’t sweat it. Registrants get access to all session recordings, resources, and tools through April 16.
