Nikki Grigsby

Chief Customer Officer

Nikki Grigsby is the chief customer officer at iCIMS, leading the customer success, professional services and technical support organizations. She is a customer-obsessed leader with a wealth of HR tech industry experience and a track record of driving client success and world-class customer experiences at enterprises around the globe. An HR practitioner at heart, Grigsby is passionate about developing people, fostering leadership opportunities, creating diverse workforces and taking risks to drive successful innovation.

Prior to joining iCIMS, Grigsby served as chief operations & HR officer at Syndigo—a leader in optimizing data recording and control—where she was responsible for leading HR operations, talent acquisition and talent management, customer success, implementation services, customer support, retail and data and content operations. She was previously a senior executive at Cision, where she led client experience, customer success, support, training and enablement and account management, after holding several leadership roles at ADP, including leadership and development, implementation operations and services.

Grigsby has been an executive sponsor for several diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and has received numerous accolades, including the 2024 OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 Operations Teams, the Leadership Excellence in Technology award by the National Diversity and Leadership Council in 2020, the Power 50 award by the Illinois Diversity Council in 2019, and the Women of Distinction award in 2017.
