Before Celanese adopted the iCIMS Talent Cloud, the global Fortune 500 chemical company used manual recruiting processes to expand its base of about 7,500 employees. Its decentralized recruiting model was used to hire between 750 and 950 candidates annually, which were split between plant-level operation roles and those geared toward professionals with unique degrees.
