Summer has officially kicked off, giving way to more sunshine and warmer weather.
But the weather isn’t the only thing heating up; the labor market also continues to sizzle as we head into the summer, with overall hiring up an impressive 20% since January of last year according to the latest iCIMS June Workforce Report.
