Our fall 2024 product release puts an emphasis on collaboration and communication. We’re excited to unveil new capabilities that help interviewers, stakeholders, hiring managers and recruiters engage with one another – and candidates – in meaningful and productive ways.

Write better emails faster with Generative AI

iCIMS Fall 2024 Release: Copilot generative AI

We have good news for those of you who struggle with writer’s block. iCIMS Copilot now includes an email writing assistant within iCIMS Candidate Experience Management (CXM) and iCIMS Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) . Just prompt Copilot with a few basic details about the email you want to send and watch as it instantly writes a first pass – or refines what you already have.

 

Launch proven recruitment marketing campaigns

iCIMS Fall 2024 Release: CXM campaign automation

On launch, iCIMS CXM provided recruiting teams with powerful marketing automation tools.

We’re happy to announce a library of campaign templates that make it easier for CXM users to act like professional marketers. While you can build campaigns from scratch, customers now have access to pre-built templates for campaigns that are proven and effective. Examples include campaigns designed to reengage dormant talent pools or target silver medalist candidates.

 

Expand your reporting

We think robust reporting is one of the core strengths of any talent acquisition program. It allows you to be more strategic, guide stakeholders and root your decision-making in data. To this end, iCIMS CRM and CXM users have access to more options to customize their reports than ever before. You can now add new fields, including those related to candidates, campaigns, pipelines and events.

 

Improve how you communicate

iCIMS Fall 2024 Release: ATS interview feedback

Our fall release also includes a slate of new features designed to help talent acquisition teams communicate better – both internally and with candidates.

  • Recruiting teams can now communicate with each other without leaving the iCIMS platform. Users can tag one another with @mentions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and receive in-product notifications for text messages, offers and interviews.
  • Our new interview feedback dashboard allows interviewers to view all their feedback requests – past, present and future – in one place. This feature is designed to save decision makers time and ensure hiring managers have a full understanding of a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses by centralizing feedback in a centralized, comprehensive way.
  • We’re further streamlining the interview management process by including new email attachments in iCIMS ATS. This capability ensures that all necessary documents – like resumes, interview guides or information about your organization – are included in communications to either interviewers or candidates.

 

Help your employees grow

iCIMS Fall 2024 Release: Opportunity Marketplace career asperations

Your employees can now indicate their career aspirations, whether they want to make a vertical or horizontal move, take on a leadership role or explore a new department.

Previously, customers with iCIMS Opportunity Marketplace Essentials had limited visibility into employees’ career preferences and goals. Our internal mobility solution now offers employees the flexibility to shape their short- and long-term career goals within the context of your internal mobility program.​

This release is packed with additional features and upgrades, too many to fully explore here. Some of these include:

  • Knockout questions for iCIMS Apply Network: Ask applicants to answer the same qualification questions whether they apply through your career portal or an external job board.
  • Additional languages iCIMS Text Engagement and Digital Assistant: Support Bulgarian, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Indonesian and Serbian users by providing the UI in their native languages.
  • Grow your talent pipeline: Embed signup forms for your talent pool on any webpage, not just your career site.
