Learn how iCIMS can
help you drive ROI

This season’s release is centered around quality and quantity. More specifically, equipping talent teams to make stronger connections with candidates and build faster workflows.

The following highlights are just a few of the innovations coming out this summer.

Introducing iCIMS CXM

iCIMS CXM tailored recruitment marketing campaigns

The big news this release cycle is iCIMS CXM, the Candidate Experience Management solution. iCIMS CXM goes beyond what traditional candidate relationship management systems (CRMs) are designed for with personalized recruitment marketing campaigns, automated outreach and AI-powered insights on your most engaged candidates.

There are a lot of features that make iCIMS CXM what it is – too much to cover here. But the bottom line is this: Candidate Experience Management helps teams build engaging recruitment marketing campaigns that run on autopilot. This frees up time and focus better directed toward your most engaged candidates. CXM also takes the guesswork out of who to spend your time on – and when – by using AI to determine which candidates are most invested and ready for next steps.

New features in the products you love

iCIMS ATS' new batch invite feature

Invite everyone to apply

Have a lot of candidates you want to interview? iCIMS ATS now has a batch invite option when asking candidates to self-schedule interviews. This quality-of-life feature was implemented to save you time – no more clicking 50 checkboxes or clicking through multiple results pages in order to invite your candidates to interview.

New internal hiring metrics

For the first time, iCIMS Opportunity Marketplace has its own analytics dashboard. Analyze key metrics like internal hiring conversion rate, time to hire, internal versus external applications, and more.

Tailor your new hire reports

Data is good, good data is better. Best of all is the data that matters to you. ICIMS SkillSurvey Post-Hire now has an Advanced Export option which allows users to select which parts of their talent analytics and benchmarks they want to share. This new feature is designed to help teams perform deep analysis without the white noise, by creating reports that align to their business initiatives and focus areas.

More ways to text

iCIMS Text Engagement now integrates with WeChat to help you reach more candidates around the world. Recruiters can now switch between WeChat, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger without leaving the iCIMS platform.
